Who we are

Burgess Square

Burgess Square is the premiere provider of post-acute nursing and rehabilitation care services in DuPage County.

The four squares in our logo illustrate our mission “We take care of the Patients, Residents, Staff and Families... the rest takes care of itself.”

We have a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who continually strive to improve our ability to meet and exceed the needs of our patients. Our goal is to help patients return to the community at their highest level of functioning possible.

At Burgess Square, we have adopted our C.A.R.E. philosophy which instills a culture of proactive thinking and positive reinforcement. C.A.R.E. stands for compassion, attitude, respect and excellence. We are continuously striving to create an environment where employees enjoy their work, allowing them to provide optimal care for our patients.

  • The Burgess Square team consists of a diverse group of professionals that collaborate day in and day out to ensure the vision and goals of the organization are achieved, and the needs of our patients, and residents are exceeded.
  • Our commitment to providing the highest level of quality to those we serve entails a coordinated effort which allows the Burgess Square team to maximize our clinical capabilities and provide superior services. All 240 employees share the same core values, with an emphasis on providing the level of clinical care and services that each one of us would require for our own loved ones.
  • Most organizations specifically list key members of their teams and spotlight their education and background, and we certainly could do the same. Because our team consists of each one of the 240 employees that we employ to serve our patients and residents, 24 hours a day & 7 days a week, we will only list one key member of the team below.
